Hello vintage lovers!! Went to some yard sales this past weekend and had a little pyrex luck. Haven't found one pyrex item in over 3 months, maybe my luck is changing... I wasn't in the market for a spring blossom fridge set but when it is only $5 in excellent condition with all but 1 lid you buy the set. I do have a couple spring blossom items, I wasn't going to collect that pattern but you kind of have to collect what you can find. It is a pretty pattern and does match my kitchen so I guess that is it I'm a spring blossom collector now, like I needed another pattern to collect. Like I said when it is $5 you buy it..... Or maybe that's just me 🤷♀️

Christmas in September... New in Package Santa Figure
Hello vintage lovers!! It's time for another Christmas in September post, I am actually pretty proud of myself, I have been way more selective of my Christmas items and only buy what I absolutely love. Today I found this awesome dude at the goodwill for .59. He isn't super old (cause he has the barcode on him) but I would say early 80s. We had one when I was a kid and he was my favorite so to find him at goodwill new in package I knew it was meant to be! It is always funny to me that something like this guy who came from the family dollar store for $1 is so sought after and people pay so much for them now. Do you ever think about that when you see vintage items new in package??

Yard Sale Haul... Kitchen Items (of course)
Hello vintage lovers!! Went to a few yard sales last week and this is what I got. Usually do not find a lot of vintage items at yard sales but when I do they are amazing. All of these came from the same yard sale except for the spring blossom plate it came from the goodwill for .20 (we use the corelle plates for everyday dishes, I have several different patterns and love them all!). The green uranium glass hazel atlas bowl was 1.00, the aluminum juicer was 1.00 and the floral mini strainer was .50! Everything was in excellent condition the mini floral strainer has some age marks but I love it!

Thrift Haul... Rock Bracelets
Hello vintage lovers!! This is yet another forgotten finds post, guess I was just throwing all the jewelry together and forgot about it. This grouping is one of my favorites, I am really loving rock jewelry right now. All of these bracelets have real rocks in them and are so pretty and yes I do wear them. The top bangle was bought at a yard sale for $1, The middle one came from an antique store and it was $3 and the bottom one (my absolute fav) was bought at salvation army for .59! They are all in good condition but the one in the middle is missing a stone. I get so many compliments on these bracelets cause they are so different and I love them!

Goodwill Find... Precious Moments Figurines and Lenox swans
Hello vintage lovers!! Went by goodwill today and found these lovelies in a bag (I hate when they do that but you get a good deal that way too but I have had them break) for only 3.99. They are the earlier precious moments figurines. The back 3 are from 78 (make a joyful noise, jesus loves me and god understands) and the other 2 are from 84 (oh worship the lord and collectors club). The little swans are lenox ring holders and no chips or breaks, I got lucky. The cashier offered to wrap them for me but I told her that was ok (there was a line behind me and I didn't want to hold it up more). I don't need another collection but.... These are too cute so we shall see what I do with them 🤦♀️

Yard Sale Find.... Pyrex Rare Blue Golden Bouquet casserole dish with lid and cradle 1965
Hello vintage lovers!! Almost did not venture out to sales this past weekend, we were having a fridge delivered (our vintage hotpoint had just about given up) but my husband said he could deal with the delivery. So I dropped my boys with their grandad and made my way to maybe 5 sales. The first sale I went to they had a lot of glassware, I looked the table over but nothing jumped out at me. I checked out the other tables for treasures but nothing to be found. So I decided to take one more look around and what to my wandering eyes should appear? But a rare blue golden bouquet pyrex casserole dish with it's lid and cradle too! The best part was it was only.... $4!!! I couldn't grab it fast enough, then I thought how in the world did I miss this at first glance? Guess I was only looking for patterns I knew, this is rare you do not find a lot. In fact I wasn't sure if it was even pyrex but it is. This is one of the first rare pieces I have found in over a year of collecting and I couldn't be happier!!

Salvation Army Haul.... Necklaces, Necklaces and more Necklaces
Hello vintage lovers!! This is the LAST forgotten finds post on jewelry, there maybe some on other items but I finally got to the end of the jewels. These necklaces were purchased on different days but they charged me .59 for each one, which is an amazing deal! I love them all especially the sparkly ones, when the sun hits them they are so pretty. These are going to be displayed in my bedroom, I can not wear them (mainly cause they do not fit my neck, sad face) a couple are super delicate and I wouldn't want them to get broken. They do make beautiful display pieces.

Goodwill Find... Blenko Glass Owl Book End
Hello vintage lovers!! Ran by goodwill this week (by that I mean I went in about 3 different days, it's an addiction...) and found this guy waiting for me. This is a 1960's blenko glass owl book end, there was only 1 there but that is ok, he can be a display piece for me. The best part is I only paid $1 for him! He is a very heavy piece, makes since it is a book end. Love finding owls they are a fav!

Estate Sale Find... Necklaces-earrings and sterling silver
Hello vintage lovers!! It was estate sale Saturday, so of course we wondered to one and found a few "gems". I got all of the items in this post for $3! The necklaces are beautiful and the clip on earrings are something I don't own. The cross is real silver and has a diamond in the middle, I thought this was so pretty. Christmas in September.... plush baby Santas!!
Hello vintage lovers!! Well would you look at that ANOTHER Christmas post.... I can not help it, when I see things this cute I am going to buy it. Found these little babies at the goodwill for only $1 a piece, and they are new in package! When I first went to the checkout I only had 2, the cashier said "oh there were 4 of these little things, I put them out together, I guess someone moved them". So of course I went back and lo and behold I found the other 2! That was really nice of her to tell me there was more, how did she know I had the too much gene 😉 I tried to research these but could not find any info on them. They sure are cute and will go great with my other vintage Santa baby.

Where I Use My Vintage Finds.. Earring holder
Hello vintage lovers!! Haven't done a where I use my vintage finds post in a while. So thought I would show you my vintage clip on earrings holder with my earring collection so far. I got the display off of ebay for $13 and I love it, at first I was disappointed cause it was small but it is perfect for where I have it. Best of all it is only half way full so I can keep adding to it!

Estate Sale Find... Shell Hair Clips
Hello vintage lovers!! Found these beautiful hair clips at an estate sale for .25 a piece. They are made from real shell and very delicate. Cause of course I knocked one off my dresser and broke it (you can see the crack in the middle of the one in the last pic), I am so mad at myself. These will look so nice in my vintage display in my room, I haven't finished it yet but when I do of course I'll post pics!

Thrift Haul... Borden Elsie the cow's babies shaker set and a pig
Hello vintage lovers!! Got some darling farm animals recently. I really need to stop buying stuff like this but when it is so cute you can't help it. Ok, so first of all for some reason I am drawn to items, it is crazy I have these weird senses about things. The brown cow set of shakers is from a set of borden elsie the cow with her babies (they are the babies) unfortunately I did not know this so if elsie was there I left her behind, but I do not think she was cause I would have gotten her unless she was hidden. That set was only .99 at salvation army, forgot to mention these are from the 40s! The other 2 came from an estate sale for .50 they need a good bath but they are in good shape. The cow is missing it's mate and the pig is just a figurine but I thought they were so cute.

Flea Market Finds.... Costume Jewelry Rhinestone Bracelets
Hello vintage lovers!! Here is another forgotten find of jewelry. Found these at a flea market in late July but put them up and forgot to show them. I was super excited to find all these awesome bracelets and for $2 for all that is crazy! I love my rhinestones and bling when it come to vintage jewelry. The bracelets are all in very good condition except for the one at the top it is stretched out but I will still display it. I will wear all of these but the broken one, I don't really wear the earrings or necklaces (too fancy I don't go anywhere to wear them but I love to look at them).
