What I Do With My Thrifted Finds-Top of Kitchen Hutch-Pyrex-Hen on Nest-Jadeite-Cookies All Over Jar-Ceramics

     Hello vintage lovers!! Today is a what I do with my thrifted finds post, it has took me forever to get the top of my hutch how I want it to look but I finally did it. I got all the things I love on there and am so happy. I have jadeite, pyrex, prayer ladies, hen on nests, ceramics, cross stiches, pioneer woman and gnomes. All of these items was thrifted or given to me as gifts and I love every piece. It has taken my years to collect all of these items and I can say it brings me a lot of joy when they are displayed. 

 

Salvation Army Finds-Halloween Decor-Blinky Pumpkin-Dungeon Ghoul Talking Doorbell

      Hello vintage lovers!! Found a couple of halloween items the past month or so and decided to share what I have found. I got the blinky pumpkin for your window without his light for .49 and the spookytime dungeon ghoul doorbell for .99, it still talks and lights up! I don't have a lot of luck with vintage halloween decor but when I find it I grab it. 

Church Sale Finds-Corning-Enesco Prayer Lady-Sewing Notions

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to a church sale this past weekend and got some goodies! I found my grandmother the cornflower grill tray and the casserole lid for .25 and .50. Then I got the butter dish for $1 (I am going to take the lid for my jadeite butter dish bottom). I got the enesco prayer lady scouring pad holder for free (her head was broke but I can glue it back on). I got all the sewing notions for 1.75, there is embroidery floss, sampler pieces, small sewing kits and a handmade quilted bag. 

 

Salvation Army Haul-Ducks-Owls-Chickens and Some Tin

      Hello vintage lovers!! This is an accumulative salvation army haul, I have collected these items for over 3 weeks. I swear this wasn't bought at one time (I can't find this much vintage at once usually). So let's jump on in. I have decided to start a collection of vintage cookbooks (of course I did) so I got all of these for .79 a piece since they are hard back books. Oh and there is a childrens book too I loved the illustrations. 

     I also picked up to aluminum pitchers, I plan on using these at planters for my plants outside on my porch I hope it turns out like it's planned. they was 1.99 a piece. I also got a few birds to add to the flock. I got the wooden duck for .99, the brass owl for .99 and the small green glass hen on a nest for .49. You can't beat those prices and I am just glad they came down a bit on their prices it was getting hard to buy anything with the prices they had on their items. 

Christmas In May-Salvation Army and Church Sale Finds-White Santa-Mouse-Placemats-Pixies

      Hello vintage lovers!! It is a christmas in may post and I am excited for sure. I love my vintage christmas as I am sure you can tell. I got a few items from salvation army and an item from a local church sale. I found the napco pixie mistletoe ball at the church sale for .25 and I love him!! 

     Then I found all the rest at salvation army, the placemats was .59 a piece (the illustrations are amazing) and the ceramic mouse in the boot was .99. Then my fav find from the army was the cream colored santa (I only have red in my collection) he was only 1.99. I got some really great items this week and they bring me joy! 

Salvation Army Haul-A Bunny, Some Christmas and a Few Brooches, Oh My.....

     Hello vintage lovers!! Stopped by the salvation army this week and picked up a few goodies. I really haven't been having a lot of luck lately but was excited to find these. I got a battery operated dancing bunny still in its packaging for .99. Also found me another christmas corsage for .29 and two pretty brooches for 1.99 a piece. I really love the bigger brooch cause of the different stones but it is missing a stone, I don't think it is to noticeable but it was so pretty I had to over look that.
