     Hello vintage lovers!! This is the last of my amazing doll haul from salvation army a couple weeks ago. These are the nancy ann storybook dolls from the 1950's they have the sleep eyes, not going to lie they are kind of unsettling but their clothes make up for it. Mine came with their hats and their dresses are in such good shape. The dolls are in good clean condition too and the price on them was very reasonable. I may look for more of these little sweeties in my thrifting adventures.

Yard Sale Find-Ceramic Bear Vase-Deer Shaker

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to a yard sale this past week and found these treasures. They are both marked Japan but no maker marks can be found. The one is a bear head vase with what appears to be a place for an umbrella or something maybe. The other is a cute as can be big eye deer salt or pepper shaker without it's mate. I was sad it didn't have it's mate but since you can't tell it's a shaker it can be used in other decor.

     Hello vintage lovers!! Found a few more madame alexander dolls of the world dolls. I just love these little cuties they are so detailed and pretty. I got these all at the same time when I got the other fashion dolls with a 30% discount. I got the isreal doll with her necklace and all accessories, the danish lady without her hat and the swedish lady with all her accessories. I just think these little darlings are so cute but I do have to say that the isreal one is my favorite cause of her brunette pigtail hair.

Goodwill Find-Gus Was A Friendly Ghost Book

     Hello vintage lovers!! I have been saving this find for spooky season I found this gem earlier in the year at goodwill. I remember my grandparents having this book at their house and reading it all the time. It was such a cute book and the illustrations are so amazing. There are other gus books I am on the hunt for but happy I found this one for now!

Salvation Army Find-1953-Ideal-Miss Curity Doll

     Hello vintage lovers!! My luck at salvation army was too good this week along with all the other awesome beauties I found this girl is a treasure. She is the 1953 Ideal Miss Curity doll, she has her outfit, socks and shoes. She looks like the ideal toni dolls because they used that body sculpt, she had darker make up a smaller head and her hair is saran instead of the nylon used for Toni. She may be my second one of these dolls I am not sure yet, I got one in January that I thought was a Toni doll (she is in a cowgirl outfit) but she maybe Miss Curity I'll have to put them together and see.

Finally Got One Of My Grail Christmas Items-Pom Pom Aluminum Christmas Tree

      Hello vintage lovers!! I am so excited about this post, I finally have one of my grail Christmas items!! I am now the proud owner of my grandmother's 4ft pom pom aluminum Christmas tree, it even has a color wheel with it!! My aunt found it and brought it to me I am so happy I remember this tree being at my grandma's every year for Christmas (even when it wasn't so in style). I have wanted one like it for years but they have always been too expensive and it makes it even better to have this one cause it belonged to my grandma and was a core memory for me! I am so happy!!! 

Salvation Army Find-1956-Ideal-Miss Revlon Doll-VT-18

     Hello vintage lovers!! We finally made it to the doll I wanted so bad for a long time. This is the Miss Revlon 18 in. doll she is wearing the original red velvet dress but I think a reproduction stole, she is missing one of her shoes (sad) but I think those was reproductions too. She is the short hair version with out the pierced ears, so I believe she is more rare to find. She is in very good condition her face paint and nails and toes is still very nice and her hair is lovely. She was the most expensive of the dolls (of course I talk about the 22 in girl in a different post). I just love her and she was worth the wait. I now have the 10 in, 18 in and the 22 in all I need is the 20 in and the 15 in and I will have all the sizes! Isn't that how it goes you get what you want then you decide you want more......

Yard Sale Finds-Poodle Pin-Rhinestone Clip On Earrings-Sarah Coventry in box Earrings

     Hello vintage lovers!! It's been awhile since I had any jewelry finds (I have been cutting down on it unless there is a deal I can't live without). I went to a sweet older ladies sale and just had to buy a few things from her. I got the poodle pin with red stone eyes for $3, the rhinestone dangle clip on earrings for $2 and the new in package (add to that collection) Sarah Coventry earrings for $1!! She was such a nice lady and I really do enjoy my finds I got from her!

     Hello vintage lovers!! Here is another beauty from salvation army, as you can see the collector these dolls came from must have been a fashion doll lover. This is the 1961 Uneeda wee three doll set mom, her littles was not with her but I took her home anyways just look at her. She is in very good condition, she is complete with outfit, earrings, coat, hose, shoes, hat and even gloves!!! I had to have her after I saw her gloves. She is very pretty and looks like the dollkins but does not have the joints.

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to my favorite storage unit guy's sale this past week and found another awesome quilt! I love the fabrics used in this quilt and it is very well made. Of course he gave me a great deal on it like he always does and it is my collection to be adored. You would think that with all the quilts I have now I would know the designs or a little more about them......

     Hello vintage lovers!! Here is another beauty I got from salvation army recently. I was so excited to get this Toni doll, I thought I had found one earlier this year but I do believe she is Miss Curity in a different outfit. This girl is for sure a Toni, she comes in what I think is an original outfit, socks and shoes. Her hair is in very nice shape and she is in very good condition just needs a little clean up and she will be good as new!

Antique Store Find-60's/70's Stationary and Party Invitations-Dog/Cat

     Hello vintage lovers!! I love vintage ephemera from the 50's all the way to the 90's but I do get really excited when I find it from the mid century. I believe the party invitations with the cute cat are from the 60's they are still in the packaging and so darn cute! Then I found the very 70's hippie dog stationary in it box he is too groovy with his guitar.

Salvation Army Find-1953-Ideal-Harriet Hubbard Ayers Doll

     Hello vintage lovers!! Wanted to share this beauty with you I got at salvation army recently on sale. This is the Ideal 1953 Harriet Hubbard Ayers doll, she was a makeup play doll (the pre miss revlon) in the early 50's. She was made as an advertisment doll like the Toni home perm and the Revlon makeup doll (she did come first but as you can see Ideal did that a lot). She is in very good condition (her hair needs help) she has her original outfit, socks and shoes. She even still has the blushing on her knees! She was not marked with a price so I asked about her cause I wasn't sure who she was but I knew she was special.
