Yard Sale Find-Made in Japan Ceramic May Angel

     Hello vintage lovers!! If you have been here awhile you know that I love the vintage ceramic figures. The faces are so cute and the colors are so pretty, this girl was $2 at a yard sale this past weekend and I love her. I could not find a maker mark for her but she is made in Japan. I am not a may baby but I still had to have her! 

 

Yard Sale Find-Bird Earrings-Blue Rhinestone Earrings

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to some yard sales over the weekend and picked up this set of earrings for $2. They are little blue birds with rhinestones (these are not clip ons) and a pair of clip on blue rhinestone earrings. I tried to find more info on these but could not find any that looked just like these. There are no markings but like I have said before I buy what I like and I just loved those little birds. 

 

Goodwill Find-Lefton Boy/Girl on Teeter Tooter

     Hello doll lovers!! Found this gem in my local goodwill recently for .59! I could not believe it was so cheap, it still works and there are no breaks or cracks. I swear sometimes I just don't know how they come up with their prices but I am thankful. This is a made in Japan Lefton music box, it plays yesterday by the Beatles and is a boy and girl on a teeter tooter. I thought this was so cute and the faces are adorable I love Lefton figures so much. 

 

Yard Sale Find-Pixie Figures-Sunflower-Lady Bug

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to a yard sale this past weekend and found these set of cuties for $3. The older lady was so sweet she said she was downsizing and had to get rid of her collections. I told her I collect as well and she was so happy they was going to a nice home and would be appreciated. I could not find a maker for these but they look like a napco face mold. I love the singing sunflower girl and the little lady bug on the boys hat is adorable. These two was only .29 a piece when they were sold in stores can you believe that?? I love elves and pixies so whenever I see them in the wild I pick them up and for this price I nearly stole them. 

 

Salvation Army Find-Brass Big Ear Mouse Figure

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to salvation army last week and picked up the cute guy. He was only 1.99 so I had to bring him home to add to my brass collection but I also think he will be very cute in my Christmas decor too. I really like his big ears and how he look very realistic not cartoonish. I love putting brass accents in my decor it adds a very farmhouse feel to me, he may even find himself in my fall decor, you never know.

 

Goodwill Find-Dept. 56 Sunflower Girl Music Box

     Hello vintage lovers!! Today I am sharing my goodwill find of a dept. 56 sunflower girl music box. I got her for .99 (what a deal!) at a goodwill a little ways away from me. I thought she was so cute and I have a very strong love for music boxes (always have). This one plays waltz of the flowers other than that I don't have a lot of information on her, I did find one website that said she was a birth flower music box but I am not sure. Also it says that this was made in Japan so I do believe she may be from the early 80s. All I know is she is so pretty and I am glad she made her way to me. 

 

Salvation Army/Goodwill Finds-Rhinestone Clip On Earrings-Beaded Purse

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to salvation army and goodwill this week and got these beauties for little to nothing. I got the amazing rhinestone earrings (no markings) for $1 at salvation army!! The beaded purse came from goodwill for 1.99 another awesome deal, it will go well with the other beaded purse I picked up there a few weeks ago. Not a lot this week but that is ok, been a little more picky lately but you know I have to have my sparkle I can't resist it. 

 

Yard Sale Find-Green Satin Glass Hen on a Nest

     Hello vintage lovers!! This gal came from the same yard sale as the napco poodle, see what I mean about awesome vintage stuff?? This lady wasn't marked so I asked the person selling the items how much she was. She looked her over and said how about a dollar (ummm excuse me) I said well that's fine with me. 

     You see this girl right here is a satin glass hen on a nest and very pricey online you can't get her for less than $40 with shipping and that's if you are lucky. She is a bit dusty but no breaks or chips in her at all so I gladly handed over the $1 she charged me and skipped to my car with all my treasures. 

 

Yard Sale Find-14k Gold Jewelry-Marsha Bauer Pin '89

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to a yard sale this past weekend and found some really cool items. For $6 I got all of this cool jewelry and most of it is 14k gold (what for a dolla???) not sure if they knew what they had and just wanted to get rid of it or what but I got it cause I liked it. 

     Couldn't tell it what it was till I got home. I really love the mask (or flapper face pins is what they are calling them online) pins they was in a bag together and the one with the rhinestone hat caught my eye (of course) it is made by marsha bauer and is signed by her and marked '89.  Some really cool pieces to add to my collection and a bonus that they are worth a little bit of money. 

 

Salvation Army Haul-Kitty Cat Embroidered Tea Towels

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to salvation army this past week and found these adorable embroidered tea towels for .59 a piece. These are the cutest things I have seen I love the sweet little cats so much. They do have some yellowing but when something is vintage you have to expect that. They say "I like to shop", "I like to wash" and "I like to clean" I don't know about the other two but I do like to shop! These must have taken someone a long time to make and I am happy to have found them and gave them a good home.
