Yard Sale Finds-Lefton Kewpie-Napco Girl with soft hair

     Hello vintage lovers!! Another find from my favorite storage building yard sale was these cute little figures. The lefton kewpie figure setting on the rug I could not find a date for him, he is stamped lefton china hand painted on the bottom. 

     Then I found these two napco ceramic little girl figures that have "real" hair not ceramic. These are dated from the 50s. One is read head with a blue gown on and the other is a blonde with a pink sleeper on they both have bows in their hair. They was too unique to leave behind.

Salvation Army Find-Yellow Chenille Blanket-Twin

     Hello vintage lovers!! As usual the salvation army was good to me recently, I have had a lot of luck finding vintage blankets lately and I am not mad about that. I got this vintage yellow chenille twin size blanket that is in very good condition. I believe this is from the 60s, it has a pretty floral design with fringe around the bottom.

Yard Sale Find-Napco Birthday Boy Angel Figure-May-1956

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to my favorite storage unit yard sale a few weeks ago and got quite a few treasures for off is this 1956 napco birthday boy angel for the month of may. He is in very good condition with no chips or breaks which is very good for these types of figures (their wings/halos tend to get broken and repaired over time). I had to grab him I never see the boy angels (or really the girl) he is too cute.

Yard Sale Find-1966 Red Baron Snoopy-Snoopy Plush

     Hello vintage lovers!! I love yard sales and this is a good reason why. I got both of these vintage snoopy's, can you believe that? The one is a 1966 red baron figure and the other is an unknown year (I assume late 50s early 60s) snoopy sawdust filled plush. These are very rare and expensive to find online but I got them for my son, he has another 60s snoopy bigger plastic figure I got him years ago and he displays it in his room.

Yard Sale Find-Early 60s Bubble Cut Brunette Barbie

     Hello vintage lovers!! I just had to share the find of the month for me that I got at a pickers yard sale. This early 60s bubble cut brunette barbie that I found in the bottom of a bin for $1!!!!! As you can see she doesn't have any clothes but I'll fix that soon. She also has some green ear from her pearl earrings that are still in her ears but it is not that bad as you can see from the pics. She is in very good condition her hair needs conditioned and she needs a bath but her makeup is amazing and intact. I could not believe I found this in the bottom of a bin and that she was only $1........

Yard Sale Find-Marked Japan Green Salty and Peppy Pig Shakers

     Hello vintage lovers!! Got this set of salty and peppy pig shakers at a yard sale. I loved the color and they are just too darn cute. They do not have a makers mark (I tried to research but no luck) but they are marked Japan. They are going to make a super cute addition to my salt and peppers!

Salvation Army Find-A Small Late Easter Haul

     Hello vintage lovers!! I found a few easter items at salvation army earlier this month and wanted to share them. I got the duck candy container for .99, the easter bunny face cake decoration for .59 and the "vintage" inspired eggs for .59 a piece. I don't have a lot of luck with vintage easter so when I find anything I like I get it, I really loved the duck container it is so cute! 

 

Goodwill Find-Connemara Rug Wool Horse Blanket

     Hello vintage lovers!! Found this at goodwill a while ago for only $2, I had no idea what it was but I loved the look of it for decor (of course my son tries to cover up with it that is the problem with my vintage blankets). Then I found out that these was used as saddle blankets for horses (even though it says rug). This is such a nice wool blanket and I love the plaid colors. Another great blanket find at goodwill I have been doing good with them there recently. 

 

Unmarked White/Gold Accent Lady Head Vase

     Hello vintage lovers!! I finally found a lady head vase in the wild (that's not Christmas cause I found a Christmas lady a few years ago) and was super excited to find her. I really like that she is simple white with gold accents I am really into white right now in my decor. She has her eye lashes, all her fingers and not a chip one on her. She came from a resale shop for only $2!! I tried to find more info on her but could not find any maker there was a couple that looked just like her but they was not marked either. 

 

1950s Dorset Rex Fifth Avenue-Metal/Lucite Basket Weave Purse

     Hello vintage lovers!! Look what I found at goodwill the other day.... This is a 1950s dorset rex fifth avenue metal basket weave purse with lucite lid, handle and bottom. It has a gold latch hook and small gold feet on the bottom. I love the silver and gold together, it only has a small rust or glue mark on the back, the cashier only charged me .99 for it since it wasn't marked!!
