     Hello vintage lovers!! Found some unique items for my vintage displays I have set up in my bedroom. I thought these items would fit in perfect. They all came from yard sales this past weekend and was very well priced. The two floral pics have some issues but they were free and they still look lovely. The la perle beauty aid box has some damage too but I just love the graphic of the lady with butterfly wings on the front. Then there is the jergens lotion milk glass bottle (it kind of looks like jennies bottle from I dream of jennie) is so pretty I can not believe beauty items came like this at one time.

Salvation Army Find-Arranbee-r&b-Composition-Nancy Ann Doll

     Hello vintage lovers!! I finally purchased all of the dolls I wanted from my local salvation army. It took me two months but I finally got them all. This is a composition arranbee nancy ann doll, she has her original mohair wig. Her clothes are not original but they are very pretty and she has reproduction shoes. She does have some crazing on her face but she is a beauty and she is about 21 in tall. I love her pearl necklace and her pretty eyes. I am going to try to style her hair but other than that she will be left like she is.

Goodwill Find-Teal-Green Flower-Duvet Cover

     Hello vintage lovers!! Goodwill hasn't had a lot of quilts here lately but I did find this simple but pretty duvet cover. It is a pale teal blue with green flowers embroidered on it. It has a white zipper down the side and is I believe made for a twin bed. I love how simple it is I usually go for the crazy quilts so this is a bit different.

     Hello vintage lovers!! The salvation army is my vintage doll connection! This girl was waiting for me on the jewelry counter when I went in this week and she is so pretty!! This is the 24 in. Madame Alexander Winnie Walker doll. She still walks and her head moves when she moves her legs! She is wearing her original socks and shoes but her dress is a reproduction but so cute and fits her so nicely. Her hair needs to be cleaned and curled but other than that she is in fabulous shape considering she is from the early 50's.

Blogoween Day #25-Salvation Army Find-1969-Empire-Pumpkin Scarecrow Blow Mold

     Hello vintage lovers!! We are on day 25 of blogoween I can not believe it is one week till Halloween.... So last week on my trip to the salvation army I found this guy, well.... This guy is why I went to salvation army I seen him in the pics they put on facebook and made sure I was there when they opened. This is a 1969 empire pumpkin scarecrow blow mold and he is in amazing condition. He still has his cord just needs his bulb no scratched his paint is vibrant, he is a wonderful item. I have one like him already but who can say no to a prestine Halloween blow mold.......

Blogoween Day #23-Salvation Army Find-Pumpkins-Bendable Witch

     Hello vintage lovers!! The salvation army had quite a bit of good Halloween items this past week and I got lucky to get there in the right time. I got all of these little pumpkins that are marked made in china but I do feel they are from the late 80's early 90's cause of the plastic and handles. I found this adorable bendable witch that is marked hong kong so she is more than likely from the 80's. I was trying to just buy things from the 60's/70's but then I decided that the 80's was when I was a kid so it would be nice to have some of those items too.

Blogoween Day #21-Eureka-Halloween Hobgoblins Die Cuts

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to salvation army today and got some amazing Halloween finds! This is a set new in package of eureka Halloween hobgoblins die cuts. They have never been open but are out of their cards I assume from storage over the years. I can not find this exact set so I am not sure what year they are from but they do not have a bar code so I am thinking maybe late 60's early 70's. I love the colors and graphics on these so much my favorite is the scarecrow with the pumpkin. I don't think I can bring myself to take them out of the package even though they are not on their card anymore..... I love things in their packaging!!!

Yard Sale Find-1941-Quilt #2

     Hello vintage lovers!! This is 1941 vintage quilt #2 I figured I would put the posts side by side instead of leaving you hanging to see this beauty too. Again it is marked 1941 it must have been for two kids maybe? I am not sure but I am sure that I love the materials in the back of this quilt and the you can use either side you want. There is some old feed sacks on this one too and I just can't resist that. For the price I was charged you can't go wrong with picking them up I know I have way too many quilts but I love them!

Yard Sale Find-1941-Quilt

     Hello vintage lovers!! Went to some fall festival yard sales this past weekend and I racked up on the vintage goodness! I got two of these vintage quilts that have 1941 sewn onto them I could not believe they had a date. That is the hardest part for me is trying to figure out what date they are from. This one has some really pretty material in it and the back is gorgeous, I am more drawn to lighter colors but these darker colors are so nice. Also these quilts have little flowers and designs embroidered onto them I have never seen that before. You are never going to believe what I ended up paying for these beauties.......
