A Small Collective Haul from Goodwill and Salvation Army-Ceramics-Portable Ashtray

Hello vintage lovers!! This is just a small haul of items I picked up at the goodwill over the past few weeks. There is a super cute momma cat and kitten, they need a little tlc and she is missing a kitten I got her for .50. The two pastel birds are so pretty and was only .50 a piece, they are not marked and could not find a maker for them.
Lastly I found this portable ashtray from the 40s (?) it is crazy to think that at one time smoking was a sign of high class..... A lady (I assume lady cause of the print on the front) would carry this in their purse so they would always have an ashtray with them, as you can see this one has been well loved for sure, there is still ash marks in the bottom of it. I got this gem at salvation army I always find the neatest things there, for .59!

Gems Found At Salvation Army This Week... Flower Pins

Hello vintage lovers!! Stopped by salvation army this week and found some gems. My goodwill never puts jewelry out I guess they send it somewhere else cause I find it hard to believe that they do not get any donations with jewelry. But I can always count on the salvation army to have some great pieces and their prices are great too!
The blue and white flowers are enamel, the big rose with the matching earrings is a celluloid type of plastic. Of course my favorite piece is the rhinestone wheat pin, I love a good sparkly moment. None of these pieces was marked so I am not sure what brand they are. The best part was these only cost me .29 a piece, the rose pin came with earrings so I got the set for .29!! Their prices are so good and of course it is feeding my addiction for vintage jewelry!

I also picked up the salt and pepper shakers to go with my other ones I found last weekend for .25 at a yard sale.
